To keep a full coverage style sexy, look for one with a lower bridge (the part in the middle joining both cups). They're easy to find in styles like push-ups and plunges, and will still feel sexy. The higher the bridge, the more the bra will feel like a minimizer. Meaning breasts will be encased and covered. Practical, perhaps. Sexy? Not so much.
